Upon the completion of our capital campaign, your family’s chosen name will be prominently displayed alongside other donors at your respective level. The size of your name on the recognition plaque will directly correspond with your generous donation. As the pinnacle of the Dynasty Donor levels, your selected name will take the top position with the largest font size among all Dynasty Donors.
To donate at this level, simply fill out the form below with your donation amount intentions and we will send you instructions on how to submit your donations. If you would like to mail in a check, please download our Dynasty Donor Giving Form that can be printed for anyone interested in donating by mailing a check. All donors will receive a document at the end of the year from our foundation showing the amount you donated that you can use for tax return purposes.
